| | Out Of Stock Items | If we are out of stock of any items we will contact you with an alternative or an approximate delivery date. At this point you will have the option of cancelling the order or placing the item(s) on a back order.

| | Purchasing | Making a purchase is easy and secure. When you find the item you would like to purchase, click the 'Add to Basket' button. The Item will be added to your 'Shopping Basket' this is found on the right of the page, below the main website banner. When you have completed selecting the items you wish to purchase, click the 'checkout' button which is located in the 'View Cart' section where you will also have the option of increasing/decreasing quantities or removing items.

| | Refund Policy | We will refund or exchange goods up to a maximum of 10 days after purchase. If you wish to return/exchange any goods you must first contact us via email at sales@sheppardsdiy.co.uk. Faulty goods: We aim to check all items prior to delivery and ensured that they are of good standard. If you find the goods to be faulty, they will be re-examined upon return. If the items are found to be faulty then a full refund or exchange will take place. We will cover the cost for carriage if the items are faulty. Unwanted goods: If you have received your order and are simply not happy with it, or it turns out to be the incorrect item, then you may send it back to us. So long as the item(s) are still in brand new condition and in the original packaging we will issue a refund including the original outgoing carriage charge. You will however, be liable for the return carriage cost. We would ask that the goods be dispatched within 10 days of receiving them. We do not accept returns on products made to order. This does not affect your statutory rights. Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. The customer has the right to cancel the purchase agreement upto 7 working days after receipt of the goods and receive a full refund.

| | Worktop Returns | Due to strict regulation enforced by our suppliers we cannot give refunds for worktops/upstands/splashbacks that have been cut/modified/fitted. Please be sure to check items for any damages on delivery of the item to avoid any problems that may be faced if you find damage after the worktop has been cut or fitted.
