DISPATCH TIMES

We aim to dispatch deliveries within 48 hours unless otherwise specified. Please ensure we have the correct contact details as you will be contacted prior to delivery to arrange a suitable day/time. Please also ensure that you are available to receive goods on the pre-arranged day as failure to do so may result in a further delivery charge. You will get a phone call approx one hour before deilvery.

DELIVERY RATES

Here at Sheppards DIY we like to give you the lowest prices we can and our delivery rates reflect this. If you buy multiple items, your total order will be subject to the highest delivery charge only.

Delivery charges differ dependant on area and products purchased. Please contact us if you are uncertain of delivery on any items.

Your delivery charge is worked out for you automatically after you enter your address when you checkout in the online shop.

COVENTRY & WARWICKSHIRE DELIVERY

Certain products are unsuitable for delivery via our national carrier and are clearly marked with "Delivery within Coventry only". Therefore, they can ONLY be delivered locally via our own vehicles (this refers to any area within the CV postcode).

COLORFILL

Unfortunately, as the product contains solvent, we are unable to post Colorfill out on its own. It must be delivered as part of a larger order (with a worktop, splashback etc.) or you must collect it from the nearest depot.
