Tom was extremely helpful and, most importantly, put us under no pressure to place an order. After considering the excellent quality of their kitchen units compared to other outlets we decided ordering from Sheppard's was a far better option. Can't wait for my new kitchen to arrive!

Clive has just fitted new kitchen doors for us and 3 years ago fitted worktops. I cannot speak highly enough of his work, professional manner, attention to detail and punctuality.

Excellent DIY store. I'm there most days getting my materials for various jobs and the staff are very helpful especially when you need sheet material cut.
Good advice given if you need it, and I like the prices compared to other DIY stores!!
Due to negative experiences of installation work in recent years, it was a refreshing change starting from my first visit to your shop. I was dealt with in a courteous and respectful manner.
This approach continued throughout the whole installation until them leaving on the final day, including the cleaning up and leaving my home as they found it.
So can I give a wholehearted thank you to the staff of your shop and Mark's installation team & electrician with particular experience to his strong leadership.
So, in my experience with the work done I can fully recommend to anyone to employ your services.
I am writing to say how pleased we are with our new kitchen, but most of all to praise our fitter Mark. His skill, workmanship and patience is outstanding, nothing was too much trouble. We had some awkward areas with gas meters and electric boxes but Mark with his skill made an excellent job of these, no matter what I asked of him, nothing was too much!
The flooring he laid was excellent, he is just a Jack of all trades and a master of many. The tradesmen he bought in (plumber, electrician, gas & tiler) were all first class.
